Count trips, not seats.
A wedding shuttle is about trips, not buses. One 25-seat bus, run on a good schedule, moves a lot of people. Give us the hotels and the venue and we plan the runs, not you.
- One bus, run twice, moves fifty people when the hotel is close enough to double back.
- First pickup ninety minutes before the ceremony. Not sixty. Somebody is always late to the lobby.
- Two return trips. An early one when dinner finishes takes the older guests home. The last one at close takes everyone else.
- One run at the end leaves half your guests outside.

A wedding that uses the bus from the first pickup to last call is billed for the whole span at the same $150 an hour, so an eight-hour night is $1,200 plus $180 to $240 for the driver. Gratuity guidance is the wedding-industry norm: Joy's transportation guide puts it at 15 to 20 percent of the bill. How many shuttles does a wedding need?
Count who genuinely needs a ride, usually the hotel blocks plus the wedding party, then how many trips our one bus can make before your start time. Over 25 riders means more than one trip, not more buses. Our run planner does the math.
How far ahead should we book a wedding shuttle?
Wedding guides suggest booking transportation three to six months ahead. Saturdays in summer go first, so ask as soon as the venue is set.
What do we tip the driver?
Fifteen to twenty percent in cash at the last drop, about $68 to $90 on a standard three-hour run.
Can guests drink on the shuttle?
Yes, riders 21 and over.
Do you go outside Milwaukee?
Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington and Racine counties as standard. Farther within Wisconsin is usually fine with a couple of weeks' notice. We don't cross state lines.
