Milwaukee is Brew City. Lakefront Brewery runs tours with pours on weekend afternoons; book ahead.

6 pm, dinner
A table at Oak Barrel, or its private room upstairs for the whole group.

9 pm, the bars, then home
Old World Third Street and Water Street, then everyone back to the door together at close.

Start with one of ours. Oak Barrel Public House pours craft cocktails downstairs and has a private room upstairs for 30 to 180. Who's on Third sits on Old World Third Street, and Who's on Layton is a south-side start near Mitchell Airport.
For a grazing lunch, the Milwaukee Public Market in the Third Ward has something for everyone.
Where to stay
3rd Street Retreat has five apartments above Oak Barrel. The group sleeps upstairs, eats downstairs and the bus picks up at the front door.
