$150 an hour. That is the price.
Three-hour minimum, the same rate for every extra hour, plus gratuity for the driver. No quote call needed to find out.

Gratuity is the customary range for wedding and group transportation, paid to the driver. Deposit, cancellation terms and when the clock starts: Alexa confirms all three, with the total, before anything is booked.

How many runs will your group need?
Put in your numbers: a ceremony, a first pitch, a dinner reservation. It works out the trips, whether they arrive before your start time, and the cost.
Seats per run: 25. Runs needed, one bus:

One bus. Allows ten minutes to load each trip, and counts only loads that arrive before your start time, with the first pickup ninety minutes ahead. A planning estimate; your real addresses set the final plan.
